Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 8va97 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and all its users ("User", "Player", "you"). Important: Opening an account with a false age is a serious violation. Any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified from the same IP address, device, or identity, all accounts may be suspended.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If any information needs to be updated, the support team must be notified without delay. Providing incorrect information may result in account closure or payment delays.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, 8va97 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. This may include a national identity card, birth certificate, or other documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be restricted or suspended.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. 8va97 uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure, but you must also take certain precautions.

Security advice: Do not share your password with anyone, use a strong password, and avoid logging in from public devices.

  • Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
  • You must not allow anyone else to use your account.

  • Selling, transferring, or leasing your account is strictly prohibited.
  • After logging out of your account, close the browser session.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a failure on 8va97's own part.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

8va97 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposit rules: Minimum deposit is ৳300 (for each method). You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • If a withdrawal request is declined, the amount will be returned to the account within 3 business days
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

4.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 8va97 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification. This is necessary for fraud prevention and financial security.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Note that wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Please note: Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. However, your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may be claimed only once.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
  • 8va97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If a user attempts to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account may be closed.
  • If a bonus is not used within a set period, it will be cancelled automatically.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on 8va97 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. No method of influencing a game's outcome is applicable. Our system is regularly tested to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Additional limits may apply when placing bets using bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or any other technical issue occurs during gameplay, the result of that game is automatically recorded on 8va97's servers. The system record will be considered final.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute regarding a game result or payment, please contact the support team. The time limit for raising a dispute is within 30 days of the relevant incident. 8va97's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8va97 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

  • Operating an account or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Attempting to gain an advantage by using multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
  • Registering an account using a false identity or documents.
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment method.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limited Liability

8va97 strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service through its platform. However, 8va97 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
  • Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Issues caused by a failure of a third-party service provider.
  • Financial loss resulting from a user's own gaming decisions.

8.2 Maximum Compensation

Under no circumstances will 8va97's liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question. No compensation will be provided for indirect losses or loss of potential earnings.

Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Initiative

Any user may request to close their account at any time. This process can be initiated by contacting the support team. All pending transactions must be completed and any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension at the Platform's Initiative

In the event of a breach of terms, 8va97 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. The valid balance of a clean account is generally returned in case of suspension, however the balance may be forfeited in cases where the terms have been violated.

10.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, any user may request to have their account suspended for a specific period of time. This facility is available through the support team.
